
1. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START.
NEVER.
EVER.
2. MAKE A PLAN and WRITE it down.
FOLLOW it.
LOOK at it OFTEN.
3. Eat 5-8 times a day with small portions.
Eat light and healthy:
Lean protein, good fat, good carbs.
Vitamins and minerals are important.
If you are hardcore and can do it for fast results, avoid rice, pasta, bread, starchy potatoes etc.
4. Drink water.
If it is hard, add lemon, or drink flavored waters like ‘vitamin water’.
5. Exercise:
walk, go to the gym, dance, sweat, or just wave your arms, breathe DEEP for a few minutes.
6. NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER. EVER.
YOU can do it and you WILL BE SUCCESFUL.
7. It is not easy.
Sometimes it is, and other times it seems that every power in the universe is set against you.
Maybe.
But you KNOW “This too shall pass”.
Have that faith.
Ride it out.

I read somewhere you should say that as soon as you wake up every morning.
It gives your mind the right positive perspective and the rest of the day should just be wonderful.
I mean, think about it, it is not what happens but how we REACT to what happens. It is not which cards you are dealt, but HOW YOU PLAY whatever hand you have.
So there, I have DECIDED that no matter what, today IS going to be awesome.
And smile.
It is an easy trick to use the body to change your mind. You and others will feel better almost instantaneously.
2. You CAN eat ‘whatever’ once in a while.
Love it all. Enjoy every bite of it. No guilt. Total acceptance.
